Laura is an associate in the Capital Markets and M&A Group in the firm’s Toronto office. She is building a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate transactions. 

Prior to joining McMillan, Laura completed her articles at another major Canadian law firm and practiced as an associate in its New York office.  

Laura received her Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Toronto.
