Tushara regularly provides advice to banks, financial institutions, private equity and hedge funds on a wide range of restructuring and financing matters, including recently acting as lead counsel for a U.K. private equity firm in a complex and successful distressed acquisition of mining assets in northern Ontario and for a major Canadian financial institution in the recovery of a $100 million swap claim from a foreign bank liquidation.
