Tayleigh is an associate in the firm's Financial Services group. Her practice includes a broad range of commercial debt, acquisition, and project finance transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders. Tayleigh also advises both private sector partners and finance parties on PPP projects across Canada.

Tayleigh joined McMillan as a summer student in 2013 and completed her articles with the firm in 2015. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2014 where she graduated Cum Laude. While at law school, she served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Ottawa Law Review Revue de droit d'Ottawa. Prior to law school, Tayleigh received a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University.
