CCL Industries Inc. completes $333 million secondary offering of Class B non-voting shares

On July 6, 2017, CCL Industries Inc. completed a $333 million bought deal secondary offering of 5,000,000 Class B non-voting shares. The Class B non-voting shares were sold by Samson Holdings Limited and The Angel Gabriel Foundation to a syndicate of underwriters led by Scotiabank and BMO Capital Markets on a bought deal basis.
