Cara is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She is developing a broad commercial litigation practice in areas such as product litigation and class action defence.

After joining the firm as a summer student in 2011, Cara returned as an articling student in 2012. In law school, Cara worked at the Downtown Legal Services student clinic in the clinic's refugee and immigration division and was on the Senior Editorial Board of the Journal of Law and Equality.

Before starting law school, Cara completed a Master's degree in Latin American Studies, focusing on colonial Mexican history, at Tulane University in New Orleans. She also worked as Program Manager at Tulane's Center for Public Service.
