Deborah is a senior law clerk with extensive experience across a wide range of litigation cases. She has worked on product liability, construction, fraud, insurance, breach of contract and trademark infringement matters. Many of these cases have been large, complex multi-party disputes. She is skilled in all aspects of managing litigation readiness including the preparation of pleadings, document management, discovery process and trial preparation.
Deborah has excellent communication skills and prides herself on working effectively as a part of a litigation team. As a senior clerk, she provides leadership, advice and guidance to other law clerks, students and assistants.
