Dianne is a partner in McMillan’s Employment and Litigation groups. She advises clients daily on a wide range of employment law matters, including terminations, wrongful and constructive dismissals, statutory obligations, human rights management and litigation. She has appeared as counsel for clients at all levels of Court in British Columbia, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. Dianne has also represented clients at various administrative hearings before the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the Employment Standards Tribunal and the Human Rights Tribunal.

Dianne also has extensive experience in Occupational Health and Safety Law. In this realm, she provides day-to-day counsel on compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and guidance on reprisal complaints, workplace investigations, and serious and fatal incidents.
 
Dianne is known for building strong relationships with clients, mentoring associates, as well as her composed courtroom demeanor.
