Graham is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and commercial matters.

Joining McMillan as a summer student in 2017, Graham completed his articles with the firm in 2019.

Graham received his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, where he was Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Queen’s Law Journal, having previously served as an Associate Submissions Editor on the Journal’s Editorial Board.
