Gerald (J.R.) Beaudrie II joined the firm's Toronto office in 2006, after summering and articling with the firm.
J.R.'s well-rounded business practice enables him to provide effective representation to clients dealing with the complex set of laws and regulations affecting their companies and partnerships.
His practice is focused on general corporate and commercial matters, including: business structuring and organization, restructurings and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance including private placements and credit facilities, and the preparation and negotiation of contracts, agreements and corporate documents.
