Joséane Chrétien is a counsel with the litigation and class action group. She has acted in complex class action cases involving breach of Consumer Protection Act, product liability issues, cartel, and false representations. She worked several years for both plaintiffs and defendants, giving her a unique insight to develop practical and effective strategies.

Joséane also has extensive experience in general commercial litigation practice, which includes breach of commercial contracts, shareholder disputes, and franchise and distribution disputes. She has appeared in front of the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, its Court of Appeal, and the Régie de l’énergie. Her publications were recently cited in various judgements from the Court of Québec and the Superior Court of Québec.
