Josh is an associate in the Business Law Group in the firm’s Vancouver office. He is building a practice which focuses on a range of matters including general corporate and commercial matters, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, sales and purchases of businesses and corporate assets, business structuring and organization, startups and emerging companies, and preparation and negotiation of agreements and contracts.

Josh joined the firm in 2018 as a summer student and completed his articles with the firm in 2020. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia (Business Law Concentration), and a Bachelor of Arts with honours (Commerce and Information Technology) from the University of Toronto.
