Kelly is an associate in the Capital Markets and M&A Group in the firm’s Toronto office. She is building a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate transactions.

Kelly earned her J.D. from the University of British Columbia. While at law school, Kelly was involved with Pro Bono Students Canada and co-chaired an international business case competition.

Kelly joined McMillan as a summer student in 2016 and completed her articles with the firm in 2018. Prior to law school, Kelly received her BCom, specializing in Finance, from the University of British Columbia.
