Kyle Lambert is an associate in the litigation and advocacy group in the firm's Ottawa office.

Kyle's practice includes all areas of advocacy, with a particular emphasis on civil litigation. He advises and represents clients in a range of industries and matters, including commercial and contract disputes, labour and employment matters, and construction litigation.

Prior to joining McMillan, Kyle completed his articles at the Ottawa office of another national law firm. Kyle also worked with Commission Counsel on the Elliot Lake Commission of Inquiry, which was established to investigate the cause and response to the 2012 shopping mall collapse.

Kyle received the Law Society of Upper Canada Award and the Osgoode Society Award of Excellence for achieving academic standing among the top 10% of his graduating class. Kyle was also named to the Dean's Honour List in multiple academic years. While at law school, Kyle was actively involved in student government and mooted competitively in labour arbitration and client consultation competitions. Kyle was also awarded the MA Murray Award for his contribution to athletics while studying law.

Before studying law, Kyle worked for the federal government as an analyst in Environment Canada's Strategic Policy Directorate, where he contributed significantly to the development of federal climate change and environment enforcement policy.
