McMillan competition partners Casey Halladay, Martin Low and Lisa Parliament hosted the first chapter in a groundbreaking new American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Antitrust Law teleseminar series entitled "Navigating the Globe: Cartel Enforcement Around the World" on January 19, 2012.  

The McMillan speakers discussed recent developments in Canadian cartel law and related civil class actions along with Matthew Boswell, Associate Deputy Commissioner of Criminal Matters of the Competition Bureau.
