Mirna Kaddis is an associate in the firm's commercial litigation and restructuring practice groups that specializes in class actions, commercial litigation and insolvency related litigation.

She has been involved in a number of complex files, and has acted for defendants in several domestic and international class actions relating to allegations of violations of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and to cartel and conspiracy issues.

As part of her commercial litigation practice, Mirna acts for clients spanning a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, real estate, construction and aviation. 

She frequently prepares opinions, develops arguments, prepares submissions and pleads contested issues in a variety of commercial litigation files. Mirna has pleaded before all levels of the Quebec Courts, including the Court of Appeal.

She completed her articles with the firm and received her law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal. Prior to her studies in law, Mirna studied in psychology and in primary education.
