Nicolas Dolot joined McMillan’s Financial Services practice group in October 2018. As an associate, his practice includes advising various types of clients in matters such as mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

In addition to producing corporate documentation and contracts, Nicolas writes and negotiates securities and reviews lending documentation. He has acted, in matters of transactions and business operations or financing, for either lending institutions or local, national and international borrowers.

Prior to joining McMillan, Nicolas practised for over a year in a mid-sized, multidisciplinary law firm.

Nicolas completed internships with law firms and within legal departments of large enterprise in France. He also acted as a legal advisor for a legal company offering outsourcing and online business law services.
