Pierre-Christian Collins Hoffman and Guy Pinsonnault receive CBA’s 2016 Bill Miller Memorial Award
Congratulations to Pierre-Christian Collins Hoffman and Guy Pinsonnault who were awarded the Canadian Bar Association (CBA)’s 2016 Bill Miller Memorial Award for their paper entitled “The Purpose, Nature and Constitutionality of the Presumptions of Section 69 of the Competition Act.”
Each year, the award is granted for up to two of the best articles published in the Canadian Competition Law Review during the prior calendar year, and consists of a monetary prize. Pierre-Christian and Guy will be presented with their award at the annual CBA Competition Law Spring Conference in May.
