Rupin Sawhney is an associate with the Business Law Group in the firm’s Toronto office. Her practice in mergers and acquisitions focuses on general corporate and commercial matters. 

Joining McMillan as a summer student in 2017, Rupin completed her articles with the firm in 2019. 

Rupin holds a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa. While at law school, she volunteered with Pro Bono Ontario and became a member of the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program.
