Samantha is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in the firm's Toronto office. She is developing a broad corporate and commercial litigation practice, including in such areas as securities litigation, commercial fraud and complex contract disputes.

Samantha has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Divisional Court), the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Small Claims Court.

Samantha joined McMillan in 2013 as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm in 2015. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor. While at law school, Samantha volunteered as a litigator with Community Legal Aid. She also acted as Chair of the Speakers Committee and Vice President of Women and the Law.

Samantha studied international law at Monash University in Prato, Italy in 2012. Prior to law school, Samantha received her Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology from Queen's University.
