Simon is a member of the Litigation Group in the firm’s Montréal office. He is building a practice focusing on commercial and civil litigation, including product liability and competition matters. 

Simon joined the firm in 2017 as a summer student and completed his articles with the firm in 2018. During this time, he participated in litigation and capital markets files. 

During his studies at McGill, Simon completed a research paper on Class Actions in Québec. Simon also took an interest in advocacy, receiving the discretionary award at the 2017 Pierre-Basile Mignault pleading competition. He regularly advocated for McGill students before the Students’ Society of McGill University (SSMU), helped students file petitions at the SSMU’s Judicial Board, and represented them in disputes with their student councils. Simon was also involved in the McGill community, helping organize McGill Model United Nations conference and volunteering at the McGill legal information clinic.
