Absolute Software Corporation (Canada) Acquires LiveTime Software Inc. (US) for $14 million

November 19, 2012 – This was a multi-jurisdiction transaction involving the acquisition by Absolute Software Corporation (Canada) and its subsidiaries (US, UK and Australia) of the assets of LiveTime Software Inc. (US) and its subsidiaries (UK and Australia) for a purchase price of up to $14 million (consisting of cash and stock).
