Bonterra Resources Inc. Completes CAD$8.5 Million Private Placement

Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSXV: BTR.V) (“Bonterra”) announced the closing of a brokered private placement of hard-dollar and flow-through units for gross proceeds of approximately $8.5 million.  Eight Capital (“Eight”) acted as the lead agent and sole bookrunner on the private placement.

Bonterra is a Canadian gold exploration company with a portfolio of advanced exploration assets anchored by a central milling facility in Québec, Canada. The Company’s assets include the Gladiator, Barry, Moroy and Bachelor gold deposits.
