Convalo Health International, Corp. acquires Hollywood Detox and ARTS

Convalo Health International, Corp. (TSXV:CXV), an acquisition-oriented company focused on rolling up the U.S. addiction rehabilitation market, acquired two profitable southern Californian companies: Hollywood Detox Center (Hollywood Detox) and Accredited Rehab and Treatment Services (ARTS) for $7.9 million and up to 12,000,000 shares. Convalo’s acquisition of the behavioral health facilities offering detox and residential treatment services will expand its offerings in the addiction treatment market.
