On March 27, 2015, Dominion General Investment Corporation (TSXV:DGA.P) (Dominion), a capital pool company, completed its initial public offering for gross proceeds of $2.1 million and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. Dominion retained McMillan with a team consisting of Robbie Grossman and Money Khoromi (Capital Markets and M&A).
