Dundee Corporation acquires remainder of Dundee Capital Markets

McMillan LLP acted for the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Dundee Capital Markets in connection with the acquisition by Dundee Corporation of all of the outstanding common shares of Dundee Capital Markets not currently owned by Dundee Corporation pursuant to a plan of arrangement completed on February 1, 2011.
