FCF Capital announces US$2 million investment in Vital Alert Communication Inc.

FCF Capital Inc. (FCF) made a US$2 million cash investment in Vital Alert Communication Inc., which resulted in FCF acquiring 25,999,568 voting preferred shares in the capital of Vital (representing 18.56% and 16.67% of the voting shares of Vital on a undiluted and fully-diluted basis, respectively), at a pre-money valuation of US$10 million for Vital (or approximately US$0.0769 per Vital share). The investment led to the graduation of FCF to a TSXV Tier 1 investment company.

Acting for FCF was a McMillan team that included Paul Davis, Greg McIlwain, Carl Irvine, Sandra Zhao and Greg Forrest.
