On July 12, 2016, Great Panther Silver Ltd. completed a cross-border bought deal offering of units pursuant to a base shelf prospectus and supplement filed in Canada, and a base shelf prospectus and F-10 registration statement filed in the United States. The transaction was valued at US$29.9 million.

Great Panther Silver was represented by McMillan who acted as both Canadian and U.S. Securities counsel. The McMillan team was co-led by Michael Taylor, Cory Kent and Tom Theodorakis, and included Barb Collins, Daniel Lau, Marina Tran, Michael Shannon and Herb Ono. The team was supported by Linda Rocca, Joni Liew and Margaret Shodiende.

The underwriters included a syndicate led by Cantor Fitzgerald and H.C. Wainwright. The underwriters were represented by Stikeman Elliott LLP for Canadian matters and Cooley LLP for U.S. matters.
