Hampton Securities completes RTO and TSXV Listing

Dominion General Investment Corporation, a capital pool company, completed its $28.4 million reverse take-over “qualifying transaction” through share exchange with Hampton Equity Partners Limited, which operates, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hampton Securities Limited, a Canadian boutique investment dealer, on July 29, 2016. McMillan acted for Dominion with a team including Robbie Grossman, Bruce Chapple, Herb Ono, Vlad Duta, Money Khoromi and Kelly Kan.
