Intrinsic4D closes private placement of convertible debentures

On June 1, 2016, Intrinsic4D Inc. (TSXV:IFD), the developer of the patented and FDA-cleared transformative software-as-a-service medical platform servicing the medical-legal industry, closed its brokered private placement of debenture units, led by Gravitas Securities Inc., Gravitas Capital International Inc. and Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., for gross proceeds of $3.13 million. McMillan team included Robbie Grossman, Darcy Ammerman, Vlad Duta and Herb Ono, with assistance from Carl Irvine, Michael Taylor, Michael Shannon, Adam Kline, Shaheen Karolia, Anna Ly, Barbara Zee, Joni Liew and Karen Anderson.
