Irth Solutions Acquires geoAMPS and Extends Management of Critical Processes and Data for Geo-temporal Location

On July 13, 2023, Irth Solutions LLC (“Irth Solutions”) acquired geoAMPS, a software provider for managing land rights, stakeholder engagement and compliance serving multiple industries, including renewables, oil and gas, transportation and telecom.

Irth Solutions, a Blackstone Portfolio company based in Columbus, Ohio, is the leading provider of SaaS solutions for damage prevention, risk management and asset protection to improve resilience of critical network infrastructure, including its flagship 811 ticket management solution. The acquisition further extends the company’s service offering into land management and right of way management.
