Littelfuse acquires JRS MFG. LTD. assets

Littelfuse, a multinational electronic manufacturing company, acquired the assets of JRS MFG. LTD. on March 15, 2015.

JRS MFG. LTD. provided custom engineered and manufactured products for the electrical industry with a primary focus in the mining and utility markets. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

McMillan represented Littefuse on the transaction; Jennifer Cockbill (Restructuring) led the team, which included David Dunlop (Business Law), and Christine Man (Tax).

Littelfuse was founded in 1927 and is a world leader in circuit protection with growing global platforms in power controls and sensing. The company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
