McMillan advises Assa Abloy of Canada on its acquisition of Wallace Group of Companies

On February 28, 2025, Assa Abloy of Canada Ltd. (“Assa Abloy”) completed its acquisition of Wallace & Wallace and Wallace Perimeter Security, together Wallace Group of Companies.

Wallce Group of Companies is a Canadian manufacturer, distributor, and installer of perimeter fencing, door and gate solutions for the commercial and residential markets.

Assa Abloy is a global leader in access solutions, offering doors, frames, and hardware to secure any type of opening.

McMillan acted as buyers Canadian counsel to Assa Abloy on this cross-border transaction, providing corporate support and liaising with subject matter specialists across the firm.
