McMillan Advises Bertram Capital Partners in its Acquisition of Fastbolt

On May 12, 2023, Bertram Capital Partners (“Bertram”), through its portfolio company AFC Industries (“AFC”), completed its acquisition of Fastbolt Corp. (“Fastbolt”), a provider of services including supply chain management, kitting and assembly, sourcing and risk mitigation for fasteners and other parts.

Bertram is a private equity firm targeting investments in lower middle market companies. AFC is a leading distributor of industrial fasteners and assembly components. The combination of Fastbolt and AFC allows to collectively provide their customers a level of product and service offerings unmatched in the industrial distribution market.
