McMillan Advises Command Alkon on its Acquisition of Marcotte Systems

On July 8, 2024, Command Alkon, a portfolio company of software investor Thoma Bravo, completed the acquisition of Marcotte Systems (“Marcotte”).

Command Alkon is the global leader in software and technology solutions for ready mix, concrete products, aggregate, asphalt, and cement suppliers. Marcotte specializes in advanced plant automation solutions, providing cutting-edge AI-driven technologies for the heavy building materials industry.

Working alongside Kirkland & Ellis LLP, McMillan acted as Canadian counsel to Command Alkon on this cross-border transaction, advising on all transaction related matters.
