McMillan Advises Peak Rock Capital in its Acquisition of Innocore Sales & Marketing Inc.

On February 28, 2023, Peak Rock Capital (“Peak Rock”) and Tranzonic Companies (“Tranzonic”), its portfolio company, completed the acquisition of Innocore Sales & Marketing Inc (“Innocore”), a supplier of high-quality disinfectant products and sanitizing systems to a wide range of industrial and commercial customers across North America.

Peak Rock Capital is a private investment firm focused on driving growth and performance improvement in the middle-market. The acquisition will help Tranzonic, a leading distributor of cleaning and hygiene products, expand its North American footprint in the wipes market. Innocore will continue to operate under its existing brand and have access to Tranzonic’s products.

McMillan acted as Canadian counsel to Peak Rock on this cross-border transaction, providing corporate and regulatory expertise on the acquisition.
