McMillan Advises Sun Capital Partners, Inc. in its Acquisition of Koch Separation Solutions

On October 25, 2023, Sun Capital Partners, Inc. (“Sun Capital”) completed its previously announced USD$135 million acquisition of Koch Separation Solutions (“KSS”) from Koch Industries.

KSS will assume the new name and brand of Kovalus Separation Solutions and will continue its operations as a standalone business. The acquisition by an affiliate of Sun Capital will strengthen the company’s market presence and improve its economies of scale.
