McMillan Facilitates Landmark $700 Million Transaction for Broccolini Construction Inc.

McMillan acted as counsel on a transaction valued at $700 million on behalf of Broccolini Construction Inc. (“Broccolini”) in connection with the creation of a multi-use condominium complex. The development includes a 10-storey commercial podium with over 330,000 sq. ft. of office and commercial spaces as well as a 48-storey residential tower comprising 400 residential units and a 5-storey underground parking located at the crossroads of downtown Montréal, Old Montréal and the financial district of the city.
