On November 5, 2019, Novacap announced that it has acquired a majority stake in the Quebec-based company, Foliot Furniture Inc., effective as of October 31, 2019, alongside the current management team and the Fonds de solidarité FTQ. Novacap intends to pursue Foliot Furniture’s growth and support the management team in its development opportunities. Foliot Furniture’s missions is to provide exceptional service to its customers while creating a harmonious environment for employees and the surrounding communities.
