Qube Technologies Completes Series B Funding

Qube Technologies Inc. (“Qube”) completed a Series B funding round, led by Riverbend Energy Group, and involving purchases by TC Energy, NGIF Cleantech Ventures and Bain & Company’s Future Back Ventures. The initial purchase was completed on September 22, 2023 and closing of the final offering occurred on January 31, 2024.

This funding is intended to support the company on its mission to innovate, expand its global footprint, and remain at the forefront of environmental sustainability.

Qube is a unique energy technology company, combining hardware and physics-guided machine learning to provide an affordable, reliable alternative for emissions monitoring technology in a broad range of applications.
