Tahoe Resources and Lake Shore Gold announce Business Combination

On February 8, 2016, Tahoe Resources Inc. (Tahoe) and Lake Shore Gold Corp. (Lake Shore Gold) announced that they have entered into an Arrangement Agreement in which Tahoe will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Lake Shore Gold by way of plan of arrangement. Once completed, existing Tahoe and Lake Shore Gold shareholders will own approximately 74 percent and 26 percent of the combined company, respectively.
