Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act: Where to next for companies?
Join subject matter experts from McMillan and Pillar Two for a one hour, business-only webinar to support companies in addressing their forced labour, child labour and other modern slavery risks, and to support their reporting obligations under the Canadian Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act.
The session will focus on practical recommendations for business action over the coming FY25-26 reporting cycle, including:
- insights on the implementation of the legislation to date, including potential future changes
- lessons learned from other jurisdictions with similar reporting requirements
- a snapshot of reporting trends across large listed Canadian companies, including practical recommendations to strengthen companies’ reporting and risk management, and
- reflections and learnings from advising companies about their reporting over the first two reporting periods.
