Banking and Financial Services lawyer James Sutcliffe joins McMillan’s Vancouver office
We are very pleased to announce that James Sutcliffe will be joining the firm’s Financial Services Group on September 11, 2017.
James joins as a partner and will service our clients from the Vancouver office.

James brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of debt financing. James has acted for Canadian, U.S. and other foreign banks and financial institutions. His finance experience includes asset based lending transactions, construction finance, term real estate transactions and dealer finance transactions involving multiple business sectors including forestry, renewable energy and seniors living.

James was called to both the Ontario (1992) and British Columbia (1996) bars after studying law at the University of Toronto.
