McMillan congratulates Partner Brett Stewart on her appointment as the new Chair of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee, Business Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA). This prestigious, three-year appointment is a reflection of her expertise and leadership role here at McMillan and across the legal community, both in Canada and in the United States.
Brett Stewart is a Partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity & Venture Capital Groups, and as Chair of McMillan’s Risk and Finance Committee, she is an integral part of McMillan’s new leadership team. She is a highly experienced practitioner of business law, named a corporate lawyer to watch in the Lexpert Guide to the Leading US/Canada Cross-Border Corporate Lawyers in Canada.
