We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Darrell Peterson, a highly respected M&A and corporate finance lawyer, joining our Capital Markets Group as partner in our Calgary office.

His practice focuses principally on transactions for natural resource industry participants, including companies engaged in oil and gas exploration and production, midstream activities, upgrading and refining, and oilfield services.

Darrell is recognized as a high caliber player in public market deals, private M&A and debt & equity financings for his clients. He holds an ICD.D and provides sophisticated governance advice to boards and special committees.
