McMillan litigation associate, Amanda Klein, is mentioned in the Toronto Star article “Aspiring city-builders join DiverseCity program“.

Amanda has been chosen as one of 25 DiverseCity Fellows. Chosen through a competitive process, the DiverseCity Fellows will “participate in a one-year program that aims to broaden their civic networks, deepen their awareness of issues facing the region and strengthen their capacity to lead change.”

About DiverseCity Fellows:
Launched in January 2009, Fellows is part of DiverseCity: The Greater Toronto Leadership Project (DiverseCity) and is one of eight initiatives designed to diversify the Toronto region’s leadership landscape. DiverseCity is a joint initiative of two organizations, the Greater Toronto CivicAction Alliance (formerly the Toronto City Summit Alliance) and Maytree.
