Leila has been selected to the Business Category. This recognition of leading practitioner Leila Rafi, is a reflection of the expertise and acknowledged leadership in key practice areas and industries, such as investment into Canada and raising debt and equity, to best serve our clients.
Leila Rafi is a partner in the Capital Markets & Securities and M&A Groups. Leila has a highly transactional Corporate Finance practice in addition to her expertise in Investment Fund and Asset Management, having considerable experience in advising foreign and domestic funds and assisting fund managers and dealers with their compliance and regulatory obligations. Leila also advises regularly on corporate governance matters. She was an active member of the Securities Advisory Committee at the Ontario Securities Commission from 2019 to 2021, a prestigious three year appointment.
