Marco Clementoni rejoins McMillan as a Senior Patent Agent in the Intellectual Property group

Marco Clementoni rejoins McMillan as a Senior Patent Agent in the Intellectual Property group. With over 20 years of experience helping a wide range of start-up and multi-national companies protect their innovations, he is a welcome addition to the firm’s growing IP practice, and an asset to colleagues and clients.

Marco is a registered patent agent and key areas of his expertise include telecommunications and computer networks, software, artificial intelligence, encryption, systems integration, image processing, medical imaging and diagnostics, business processes, drilling, automotive, transportation solutions, assembly line technologies, and energy.

“Marco is a great addition to the Intellectual Property Group and brings both his experience prosecuting patent applications for computer-related inventions and his unique perspective having worked in-house at technology companies. He holds an Honours Bachelors of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
