As a part of our strategy to enhance and grow our national presence in the Technology sector, McMillan LLP is proud to announce that Greg Johns has joined the firm. Greg’s broad experience includes complex global technology contract negotiations & drafting, outsourcing and intellectual property.
He is known for his practical, business-oriented approach when developing and applying innovative strategies for structuring and negotiating multifaceted, high-risk transactions. Outside of Canada, Greg has worked on deals in the United States, UK, Mexico, Brazil and Asia. He joins McMillan after spending over 25 years building a career at IBM, becoming one of IBM’s most senior legal executives. With insight gained through Greg’s invaluable experience, McMillan’s national Technology team is even better positioned to support technology clients across Canada.
