Sidney Elbaz is one out of only six lawyers to be recognized globally as a 2024 Lexology Client Choice Award winner for Product Liability Defence. A partner in McMillan’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group practising from our Montréal office, Sidney is recognized by clients as a skilled litigator who advocates tirelessly for their commercial interests in and out of the courtroom. He works closely with in-house counsels, providing them with real-time business solutions to help them stay ahead.

The Lexology Client choice award recipients are only nominated by corporate counsel. The award is meant to acknowledge lawyers who add real value to clients’ businesses above and beyond the other players in the market.

An avid and inclusive practitioner involved in giving back to the communities he is a part of, Sidney acts as a mentor for other lawyers at the firm.
