Victor Tsao joins McMillan’s Vancouver office

McMillan LLP is pleased to announce that Victor Tsao will be joining the firm’s Business Law Group, effective January 9, 2015.

Appointed Counsel and Co-Chair of the China Practice Group and Japan Practice Group in British Columbia, Victor will be responsible for facilitating business growth of the Business Law and China and Japan practices.

Victor specializes in corporate commercial law, corporate financing, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. As a registered trademark agent and member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, he brings a wealth of knowledge in intellectual property law.
